How will I know if Stuart Coaching can assist with my issue?

Before booking your appointment, you may use the contact form to email any questions. Or, if you have already booked an appointment and upon reviewing the pre-appointment materials, we discover that we are not best suited to answer your question, a refund will be provided.  

What can I expect from my consultation?

At the time of your booking, you will be sent a brief questionnaire that allows you to explain the nature of your questions and provide relevant background information. We ask that materials be sent back 48 hours before your session to ensure time to prepare supporting research for appropriate recommendations.  Our session will be a virtual one-on-one candid conversation regarding your question.  Follow-up information and a summary of the discussion will be sent via email within 48 hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

I’m pretty laid back. Conflicts arise and I have no problem rescheduling if something comes up. You may cancel before the session, and a refund can be provided. However, a refund will not be provided within the 48-hour window once preparations have begun for your session.  In that case, we can reschedule at a later date.
